All sessions are prepaid and confirmed upon full payment. Sessions are offered in good faith and held with energetic confidentiality.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes. No-shows or late cancellations will not be refunded but may be rescheduled at Jelena’s discretion.

5. Energy Ethics

Jelena holds high standards of energetic respect and sovereignty. Any manipulative, abusive, or extractive behavior will result in termination of services.
